Advance tickets are available via our website calendar tab ticket icon, or through the event promoter websites + facebook event pages. Unless otherwise posted on our social media accounts as SOLD OUT, tickets will always be available at the door on a first come, first served basis.

The bars accept cash and credit cards. An ATM is located inside the club for your convenience.

All shows and club nights presented at our establishment are 19+.

For any show or club night, you must show 2 pieces of identification for entry and for purchasing and drinking alcohol: a government issued ID, such as a passport or drivers license, and another with your full name and signature or photo, such as a bank card. This policy is strictly enforced and any violation will result in ejection or being put on Bar Watch.

Red Room is for dancing, not sitting. However, We do have a variety of booths and bar stool seating available throughout the club.

No bottle service is available. Drinks are available from one of our three bars or our vending machine serving non-alcoholic drinks.

The Red Room is wheel chair accessible. There is also a private wheel chair accessible washroom. Please check in at the front door the night of any show and a staff member will help with this request.

Yes. The best in Vancouver! We recommend hearing protection as it can become quite loud depending on the show or club night. We sell high fidelity ear protection at coat check if needed.

Dress to impress on Friday. Casual dress code for a majority of our nights unless otherwise posted. However, shirts must be worn at all times or we will ask you to leave until you put it back on.

Yes we have coat check. Patrons may check their coats & other belongings at $5 per item. Friday is mandatory coat check.

Please use or contact form to inquire with the date you lost the item, item description and/or coat check ticket number and any other helpful information. We only hold onto jackets and lost items for 1 month, then they are donated to local charity.

We’re 2 blocks walking distance from Waterfront Skytrain Station and 5 minutes from Burrard Skytrain Station.

We encourage patrons to use public transportation. Street parking is available and there are parkades within walking distance.

Recording policies are at the bands’ discretion and change night to night. No professional photos/video/audio recording is allowed during DJ events unless otherwise authorized by club or artist management. If you’ve been authorized, please get in touch with us to grab our official logo for all promo purposes. All photos or videos taken inside our venue will be allowed to be shared and used for promotion at no cost to the venue. The Red Room is a club for people to enjoy music without fear of harassment or discrimination.
